CT confirms three-fragment fracture. Blood panel clean.

Computed tomography maps the fracture architecture. No concurrent soft tissue injury to the femoral artery. Anesthesia risk: low. Hardware selection: 3.5mm LCP plate, six cortical screws, cerclage wire at the lesser trochanter.
